comp doesnt load properly

I have only had my compter just less than a month, however yest when i turned it on it just went to a black screen so i turned it off at the mains! :? Then i tried turning it back on and a message saying windows did not load sucessfully appeared with options of starting in safe mode, nomra and from last known good config! i tried every option and none of them worked. I ended up formatting the hard drive and it worked fine but i turned it on again and it froze again as it was loadin up!! anyone have any ideas and do they think it will happen regularly? :(

No not that i remember. i have no idea...it also keeps freezin and goin on a black screen when its already been on and loaded and eveything! i know nothing bout computers! lol. :D

probably needs to go back for them to take a little look at.

info that will prb help them out will be things like:

how often does the problem happen
is there any way to force the error
things like that
