Dear Novatech
I need to return a product however the returns page will not work for me. I get booted back to the log in screen before completion. I have also tried talking on Live Chat but I do not seem to ever get a reply from anyone. I have been trying on working days during working hours using IE and Chrome. I would please like to arrange returns via Email and I cannot find a contact email address on your website.
