I sent off a order over a week a go and payed for next day delivery the order as yet to arrive. I have sent three emails and none have yet been answered and the live chat is always showing red what as happened I have never had trouble before with other orders. I have also checked my order history and outstanding orders they all show zero as anybody else had any problems lately thanks for looking David

do you have the order number there? i have checked your customer account and it shows the last order that went through was 04-07-2006 and it was for a DVB-T stick.

Yes it was 3885025 it was a bluetooth togle I had the confirmation e.mail
sayiing it would be delivered my the 29/09/06 I sent off emails and had auto replys 1062016 and 1062153 at the start of the week none were answered . I have checked my credit card details online and they seem up to date as I said I have never had any problems before

this order number comes up as an order number for a Mr Clark in London. this order was also placed on the 29th.

could you forward a copy of the order confirmation email to customer.services@novatech.co.uk and make it for my attention.

thanks for that. the problem was down to a system error, the order did not go through correctly.

the delivery on the order has been amended as discussed in the email. the bluetooth adapter is out of stock at the moment but our system shows a delivery is due. as soon as we take delivery it will be dispatched.
