Now, with the new GeForce GTX 200 graphics cards, you can experience truly immersive 3D gaming experience that will make your heart race and your palms sweat. Harnessing the power of second generation unified architecture, SLI technology and top-of-the-line DirectX 10 support, an in-your-face experience, delivered in blazing fast frame rates, is yours. Actually those 260s are tempting instead of the 275, I don't game all that much and its a big enough saving over the 275 ... mmmm :s

*EDIT* a 260 will still be a great upgrade over my 9800GT

Get 2 x 260GTX Gainwards in, slap an Nvidia/Samsung 3D combo in, and turn it up. Yes, it may cost £700 odd- but what a way to view Left4Dead- stunning!

Novatech, you're really making a name for yourself with all these cheap GPUs, they're on HotUKDeals all the time, I've been saying for a while you're now in with the very big places and have been recommending you to a lot of people :)
Brilliant price again!

I do have eyes, I looked, unlike you who didn't even bother too look for my username. "The person". - same to the other numpty's on here who said about the download code. Not all of the guys on here are as thick as you. Some do read what is given. Considering too that another mate who ordered his after mine now has the game offered, they've obviously been taken from the same stock location, I just got the bad end of the deal.

I've pm'#d this Amy. I await a swift resolution, but have been damned on before by Novatech. My last order was 2004 due to their last appalling service with my first order. To have a problem like this arrive again on my door, well, 2 out of 2, doesn't go well.

I'm not "jumping the gun.." so shut that up.

Let's get a few things clear

I am not a novatech employee

I'm not suggesting that I know whether or not the voucher is in the box

Right that's those out of the way, I'm going to ask you to kindly refrain from making insulting comments directed towards other forum members. It's part of the the rules here and to be quite honest if it wasn't I'd still be politely asking you to keep such opinions / statements to yourself.

You're not happy with service that novatech have provided in the past fine, we're all entitled to raise concerns over customer support with any retail / etail company we deal with, however walk into any retail store with the same attitude that is on display here and I'm sure the assistant / manager will give you sufficient oppportunity to calm down and explain the situation to him in a civil manner, if you refuse to do so and continue to berate him / his store / his staff in such a manner he'll merely ask you to leave.

The fact that novatech is an online supplier doesn't alter the fact that civility and manners cost nothing and when a situation arises whereupon you feel as though you haven't got the goods / service that you have paid for they'll both get you a much more positive response.

Is there a 'what made me laugh today' thread in the forum somewhere cos Helior you made me giggle. Spot on!

I have used Nova for years now and the customer service is 2nd to none. If and when a mistake is made (we all human aren't we, aren't we Moony?) it is sorted out as soon as it is spotted.

TBH Moony, i wouldn't give you a **** thing after that exhibition of childish sulking. :(

no doubt NOVA will sort it out, but who the **** do you think you are....demanding & insulting all that cross your path.... if you were on my forum i'd ban you & wait for an apology...., if there weren't one within 3 days i'd IP ban you for life.

mistake can & will happen..... but patience is a must when receiving such a great deal on the card in the first place.

That's the one thing we try and avoid at nova, every mod wants to give members every possible opporunity to become active and postive contributors. the fact remains that whislt 99.9% of members do go on to become true "members" of a community there will almost always be that 0.1% that point blankly refuse to accept constructive criticism.

Give em enough rope is the correct term I think..

To be fair if it was me I would be a bit un-chuffed, but this is a whole new level! His saying "" because he didn't get a game which Novatech said included whilst stocks last..

It is an amazing price without game, and I am sure it will be his words again "a speedily email", to compensate him with the goods..

Very, very cheeky IMO, actually creating a whole thread, :hammer: everything in his path..

Instead of being a buffalo in a china shop, post a reply on the buffalo competition thread.. :p

Mooney,

I have replied to your PM and hope this ends the issue you have with your order.

I would once again request that you DO NOT throw insults at members in this forum, it is first and formost a community and not somewhere for you to insult mods and members.

I can see from your customer history your last order was in 05. unfortunately the hard drive was faulty - but we gave you a refund. Im not sure to what 'poor service' you refer to as it was so long ago, but maybe you could give Novatech and this forum the benefit of the doubt that we are all human and mistakes can be made.

I'll welcome you to the forum and hope you can appriciate the community here, but picking arguments and insults will not be tolerated and this can and will end up with temporary or even permanent bans.

thank you

Hey, it could be missing, we`ve heard this before but the response from staff was an apology and the first class postal of the missing item ;)

well it can happen but i doubt novatechs staff are that incompetent cause we would get a lot more than a random few complaining about it etc.. i suppose the occasional missing envelope/voucher is probably acceptable but its not good business sense if there meant to be in the product packaging/box and more than say 1 in 100 get missed :D

@ Mooney look friend I'm on your side as a consumer myself i was just stating an obvious oversight "Some people make" i didn't want to single you out as like the lovely forum staff and members say were a community of like minded people who try to be courteous and polite to all users no matter there intelligence/tech skill etc...
