WhenI run coretemp it shows 4 different temps on the cores.
Is this normal?
Even now it is showing 41, 35, 39,36.

Those temps are fine.

It is normal that windows will utilize differant cores in differant ways leading to differant temperatures.
It is also possible that the actual mounting of the HSF favors some cores for cooling, very heavy HSF's often cool the bottom two cores better for example. Nothing to worry about with those temps.

Cores will always be slightly different temps because of how the HS contact is across the whole of the headspreader.

I would be more worried if they were always the same :p
Mine often vary by as much at 8C

Is it me or are they not all the same :/

What i was saying is if they were always all the same, (which yours arent) then you may have a dodgy temperature probe
