Hey! I have been trying to get in touch with sales help via email for about four weeks now but have had no replies. Therefore i thought i would try this for a bit of help about the laptop. I plan on buying this for christmas but would like a little extra information first. The questions are probably very easy to answer and i jkust haven't read enough about the product.

Firstly, are there speakers built into the laptop?

Secondly, is there a disk which you can reinstall windows with incase you need to reinstall it?

Thirdly, if you do have to reinstall windows, is there a disk provided which contains the drivers required for hardware in the laptop?

Finally, if anybody has a better picture than the one provided on the novatech site i would be greatful!

all the laptops we stock have built in speakers.

if you order the laptop with an operating system installed it will come with a windows recovery CD so you can restore the laptop if you ever have problems.

all laptops come with drivers disks just in case you need to restore the operating system.
