They are playing in the O2 Arena and I'm going but there was a problemo with Ticketmaster.
8:45 – I’m at my computer refreshing the screen waiting for sales until they open at 9:00


9:00 – I select “4 Tickets” and “Standing” from the two drop down menus
I complete the checkout and throughout the process, my tickets are confirmed as “STANDING”
9:01 – At this time (Ticketmaster’s server time) I received confirmation from Ticketmaster, however it says I have ordered “Upper Tier BK417”.


How did they give me bleeding Upper Tier seats :( :( :(
Surely they weren't the best available 30 seconds into sales.

Anyway they wouldn't swap (sold out)/refund me even though I know for sure it was their fault. :rant:

Doees anyone have 4 standing tickets for then?

Roam around the muse forums and ask anybody if they want to do an exchange on tickets or on the day on the gig try and do it then.

You're lucky as **** to get muse tickets, I really wanted to go but obviously didn't make the cut :P

I Have 4 Standing tickets for birmingham! :) JD is definitely a happy bunny - I couldn't get any at the pre-sale event, so i was doing the same as you.

I think your problem could be to do with where you bought the tickets. The primary ticket seller was gigsandtours.com

They ran out of tickets in 25 minutes on the official launch day, so think yourself lucky. Also check out the muse website: www.muse.mu as they have a ticket swap area on their forums, you could get lucky :)

It is more about principals concerning ticketmaster. They made a mistake but wouldn't refund me :(
