Where would I go to do this, I'm looking for banner flash adverts because I believe they provide the higest income (correct me if i'm wrong.)

To clarify, are you looking to have vendors flash adverts on your website, or are you creating them to go on other sites?

To have them on my site, not to supply them.

adsense ( google)....make sure to use image only ads not text ones

Tradedoubler..you need to apply to be accepted by the advertisers
