Hi,
I have a Revo 420 Pro pre-installed with XP by Novatech. I keep getting the blue screen of death before it reboots. From what i can tell the ATI graphics is causing a infinite loop error relating to ati2drv.dll
Is there a fix from novatech for this, is the laptop faulty? I've had the laptop less than a month so far.

try going in safe mode and tell device manager to use VGA drivers?

We just got this same error. Just the once so far and only on one of the two identical laptops we bought.
They haven't been in general use yet. We have been busy installing Windows XP Pro and all the applications we need on them. Doing exactly the same on each.
The only clue is that on the one with the error I recall that we had a small problem installing the Catalyst software/drivers. We had to uninstall and reinstall then and it then seemed ok. The other laptop didn't have a problem.
There was a choice of 'autoinstall' and 'manual/custom' and we did one the other way which may have made the difference.
Anyway if it's that I assume redoing the drivers will fix it. I am looking to see if there are later ones available, but need to find out what they will be called from the documentation. Anyone know off hand?
Can someone tell me the correct and most thorough way to remove the graphics drivers/software before reinstalling them?
Thanks
