Q. Why are some of the keys aren't working on my new keyboard/laptop?

A. This could be due to the fact that Windows limits the keys that you can use when entering the license number. This is to prevent misreading and is supposed to be useful. Common keys not to work are:

'0' - 'O'
'8' - 'B'
'5' - 'S'
'2' - 'Z'
'1' - 'I'

Also check that the number lock is not on, particularly on notebooks. This is toggled on and off with the key combination 'Fn'+'NumLock'

The license key is in the form xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx There is no license key starts 00000...
