The dual power connectors are for (wait for it) power, this card is going to be very power thirsty.but the GT version will only need 1 power connector.

And the dual sli connectors, that was stolen from ATI, or veisa versa, whatever, at the moment SLI only allows info to travel in one direction across the SLI connector, but having 2 means that there will be 2 directions of travel for the information, which should make SLI more efficient

The guys at Novatech said they don't mind external links, but tbh its a bit rude, unlike a link to the manufacturers site which would suffice.

Unless of course novatech don't stock it or an equivalent product, then I don't see it being a problem really.
