UK Laptop in France

Hi, we have a old laptop which needs to be run from the mains, (can't justify a new battery) and we were just wondering if it would work in France as it would be helpful to store pics we take on a trip to France.
Any help would be gratefully received.

As long as you've got the travel adaptor to convert euro 2 pin to british 3 pin you'll be fine.

Indeed, most places will have them at this time of year, if your local supermarket has a seasonal section (which will probably be summer holiday based atm) then there will be one there. Failing that ferry or airports, but they will be expensive.
