Windows XP Pro won't see more than 130GB on big HDDs [Archive]

As a separate problem from the motherboard mentioned in another posting, the BIOS sees my two HDDs as 250GB each, but when XP comes to set up the discs it only sees 130GB, and formats that as the maximum partition. How can I get it to see the full size? I think this is a bit of an old chestnut but I haven't yet found the answer to it.
