I have the EP45-UD3R motherboard from Gigabyte, and ive seen someone who had a Q9550 at 4GHz and the voltages he set things to to get that.
NB - 1.32v
CPU VTT - 1.34v
Vcore - 1.23
PLL - 1.5v
LLC Enables
I know what the vcore is, and i know how to enable the LLC, but i dont know what this does, and cant find any NB, PLL or VTT voltages, and i have know idea what the latter two are.
Could someone say which ones i alter to get these volts, thanks :D
VTT is cpu termination voltage i think. i would expect u will need more vcore than that clock to start. PLL is south bridge i think. NB i can only image as written north bridge but i dont have the board so all a guess.

Yeah, i think thats about right, only thing, in the bios, there is no northbridge...
Maybe he wrote vcore wrong, meant to be 1.32, sounds better
Some chips clock better than others. Once your stable then try pull down the voltages.

NB (Northbridge) is MCH core (Memory Controller Hub).....default (stock) voltage is 1.1v
LLC helps to eliminate line droop on the Vcore line.....only enable for heavy overclocking
VTT is CPU Termination....default 1.2v
PLL is CPU PLL......default 1.5v

KK thanks, at least you have the motherboard so you know what youre saying, thanks :D
