I think it would be quick, simple and beneficial to have a dedicated area to leave feedback, whether it be in the forums or on the website. Customers like to be able to thank you.

Furthermore the need for a feedback system is demonstrated by the fact (guess) 70% of "product reviews" just congratulate Nova not the product.

And no, this is not sparked because I want to moan at you, this is because of the continued great service.



This is in response to recieving a heatsink packaged with more care than if the royal family put the queen's crown in the post, whilst simultaniously a competitor told me product X was in stock, sent me an email saying they are packagaing it as we speak, then a day later recieving a generic email saying no stock, order cancelled.

This is my first post and I must say I am glad its under these circumstances. I too would greatly appreciate a feedback area as i have nothing but great things to say about Novatech.

my feedback, (unless its a site breakdown!) why make it so complex or unusual when all the other suppliers i buy from work fine?!

I kinda agree with OP...

I have nothing against congratulating Nova on a review (some might say I'm rather generous with praise for Novatech myself!), but it would be nice if there were some kind of differentiation on the reviews between the actual product and the service delivered. All too often a review is posted within 48 hours of the product being bought, which doesnt really bode well for an actual product review. Perhaps some kind of subsection layout for the reviews - nothing complicated, but just something that would help people to spot the difference?

In balance to my earlier problems, the website/ordering problem got fixed and I managed to make the purchase. I even received a courtesey call from sales to make sure.
