Coz there is none in retail atm , wait about 1-2 weeks before they hit retail.

Im considering getting one , but then i would need an 8800GTX and some better memory :)

Deffo like the motherboard and the name of it ;)

OMFG! I was lookin at this board all day yesterday n i was gonna post it on here! Anyway, im waitin for ATIs R600 series to come out, then im gonna choose which make of gpu to get and also the right board for the gpu maker. I mean its no point in me buying that and ending up getting an ATI card!

Novatech are getting 10 Asus Striker motherboards in on the 22/11/06.

5 have been reserved already since this post , that means there is only 5 left up for grabs ;)

I suggest getting your name down for one if you want one ;)

Lol im sure they will work with a Conroe ;)

Fact i was messing around with a EVGA 680i last weekend and i was using an E6600 CPU.

No problems there.

Where was this review, got a link to it ?

i agree. price is a bit sharp but then look at the evga then look at this! its worth the few extra bob!
Planning on using this with an e6600 and watercooling! (3.4ghz!)

far too expensive, you dont need a board that costs that much to overclock a 6600 to 3.4ghz
and will only give you a few more frames in games, which doesnt justify paying that much for

but thats just my opinion

most boards out now have heat pipes, so they are silent.
And basically every board out on the market can do SLI or cross fire (enthusiast boards), you dont need a £200 board for that

but thats just me being a realistic old ****

but @ x16 sli? didnt think so. its also a gd future proof board!

my board has 2 16X pci-e slots, and that costed me £120 when it first came out, and a few months after that they stopped the skt939 production, so not everything is future proof.

barely any differences between the newer board and the 590SLI
