there is no promotion at the moment for win7 preorders but you should be able to buy from the 22nd october (stc) :thumbs:

Does anyone know if the offer above is for the full retail version or is it an "upgrade" version?
And yes I would also like to know if Novatech will be participating in this offer?

Europe will have their own version Win 7E
Comes without MS internet explorer but otherwise it is a full version, there will be no upgrade versions for sale in Europe. Most likely OEM Win7E will be available probably not straight away.
