 Here's a tip for anyone who hasn't spotted this. When Auntie Beeb says "press the red button for more information", you can't  But if your set has stored all the available channels you will find two channels amongst the 90 or more stored with the names 301 and 302. These are the channels that are used to transmit alternative information. If there is an announcement for something you want to watch, try these channels you might be lucky! :D

It worked for me last night (19th Nov) when Beeb 1 was running an extra 30 minutes of the Paul Simon Concert.

Now pleeeeese can we have digital Teletext before analogue is switched off?

the Q321 does not have a freeview tuner, its a DVB-T tuner. DVB-T tuners are capable of picking up freeview channels but does not give any of the extra freeview functions.

Thanks, but I already knew that. This is why I posted the information about channels 301 and 302 which will give some of the "Red Button" facilities. As for teletext, an apology from Hyundai for seriously wrong info in their manual would be a good idea.

The set is capable of receiving Digital Teletext and recognising that Teletext is available (clip board symbol on the info screen) so it's probably a software problem. Hyundai obviously thought it would work when they wrote the manual. :!:
