If you have a LiteOn DVD recorder that has become faulty and it is over 28 days old below is details for how to have it repaired by LiteOn.

The service number is as normal 0207 3652401.
Procedure.
1. Enduser calls the hotline with Model number, Serial number available for the operator.
2. Call centre will try to diagnose the problem if repair is necessary.
3. Customer receives instructions how to prepare his product for collection.
4. DHL arrange pickup of the product the following day.
5. Return to the UK service centre for repair.
6. DHL return the product to the enduser within 5 working days.

If the recorder is under 28 days old or you would rather we deal with the return you will have to contact Novatech technical support to obtain a returns number. If it comes back to Novatech and it is over 28 days old we will have to send it back to LiteOn for repair, as we are not the end user the turn around can be anywhere up to 28 days.
