Hi All,

We have decided to add a new section here, so anyone with specific questions etc for the Novatech Tech / customer Services team... can post here! :thumbs:

We've added this area to try to help our customers with specific Novatech products be it MP3 players, PC's or laptops and the rest of our catalogue. To help us help you, we may at times request order numbers, model numbers and other contact details. If you would rather not post such information we'd encourage you to use our Livechat service, accessible via our homepage, or call us on 0871 222 1212. This forum section will be monitored during standard working hours of 9-5 on a weekday. If you require a more urgent response, again we suggest you use the other aforementioned channels.

Please refrain from using this section for standard product comments and for support of non-Novatech products. Feel free to use the other forum threads for these purposes.

What a good idea. Can this be used for technical questions as well? A couple of times I've looked at something, and the specification does not tell me what it was I wanted to know. Eg, depth width height and weight of a psu for example. I know this could leave you open to running in and out stores answering pretty stupid questions, so if the answers a no, please just delete the post. You can usually find out this information with a bit digging on the tinternet so no big deal really.

Ask away! We're hoping to make this somewhere to ask Technical and Customer Service related questions so that people who require help and people who are here just to chat can be differentiated easily. Of course there will be limitations to our success out of office hours but we'll try our best to keep things ticking over! If there's something we know we can answer but not until office hours, we'll try to give you a nudge to let you know we're on it!

I think it's a great thing. It's all the technical guys and girls in the company giving support to our customer base. So you'll get an cross section of a lot of different specialists answering you.

One thing I would like to add here: We all know it can be frustrating to run into technical or customer service problems and this is why this section is here - to help you when this happens.
If you decide to post with a request for help or to make comment please keep it civil and calm. Please remember that the people answering you (whether it be a forum admin, mod, Novatech employee, or one of our more experienced standard forum users) are human beings and are trying to help you and that they are giving up their free time to do so.
