:confused:I recently purchased for a friend who I recommended you to a pc please view details as on invoice below
Realm x2 7750 320gb 2048mb bin pc01
sales order number 4337018
invoice 4885612

It has a ATI Radon hd 4870 card in it
The problem we are having with pc is that you suddenly get an error and the screen goes blank
here's that error message I'm getting:
VPU recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics drivers commands
The PC is running windows xp, I have gone to the update site and uploaded the latest driver but the fault remains
can any one help is there something we are not doing or is there a fault somewhere on the pc
many thank
David

where did you grab the latest drivers from? presently, some companies are adjusting their drivers to match built-in overclock speeds and other slight mods which means the original drivers wont be as stable. Try finding the exact make of the card by reading off the fan on it and then visit their site for drivers instead. This should help.
