Hi got the faulty card last week, sent back on friday, novatech recieved monday, was told it would take 1-2 days to test, still no response since monday about the item, can I get an update please?

Hi Shaun,
I have checked and your graphics card is currently on test with one of our engineer but he has yet to find an issue with it.

I will ask that he calls you later today with a further update.

Hello, the only problems I found with the card if you can pass this information on is, when you try to play a game (a graphicly challengin game no old games) , the card would crash after a few seconds gameplay, but was stable on the desktop + boot.

I think the game our engineers are currently testing with Call Of Duty World At War, hes on his lunch at the moment but i'll make sure he calls you.

I laughed a few years ago I took my old rig into the local pc repair shop, so was sat on my mates pc a few days later, all of a sudden I see my steam come online and the guy in the shop playing online on my pc lol

**** thats a nice job ;)

Presume the OP tried all related OS problems such as drivers from his old card causing the issue (use drivercleaner/sweeper to remove)?

Ah he just phoned giving me updated on my card, then he said that he read forums and laughed, and got to last level on call of duty! :trophy:
