titan 2

hi,

I have a titan 2 7200 laptop . Checking in the bios it lists the drives as "ide" . Thought the hardrive is suppose to be SATA?

I was not aware they laptops had SATA Hard Disk's. :?

PATA= Parrial ATA
SATA = Serial ATA

Basicly there the same hard drives but a diffrent data transfure back plain interface.

For SATA Hard Disk's, some rare BIOS's say IDE HD instead of SATA as the people who wrote them are dum and thick and get payed more then you and me and they still cant write a dam freeken program that works. Like at were I work, we get penalized if we do a slight bug in our apps. Though the BIOS people get away with murder even though there programs should be more important the the OS it's self.
