Will my old memory work on my new motherboard?

I purchased two 1Gb DDR 333 PC2700 memory modules from Novatech a couple of years ago and have been using it in the PC since then. Will this memory work in my a PC that uses DDR400 memory?

Yes. If it takes DDR then it will work.

as long as the motherboard you get is half decent and is happy with running a divider - fortunately, most motherboards will do this now, and usually automatically.
