Hi guys, 1st post

this is for the novatech employees really as I'm in need for their expert advice and assistants

Basically i brought the Hyundai Q321 From novatech in July really happy with it but i brought a Xbox 360 last month and when i tried the component port for the first time, neither of them work, which is just my luck!

Anyway after much messing about with cables etc. I followed the advice on the novatech website and call repairtech to come and fix it.

Well they said it would take 10-14 working days to fix , so on the 10 day i phone up, it's still being repaired they said, so on the 14 day i phone up and again still being fixed that was last Wednesdays, so on thursday, i phone up again and they said good news it's been repaired but bad news it's in the cleaning department and hasn't been shipped( i mean come on who has an entire department for cleaning!) and should expect a phone call either Friday or Monday at the latest.

Well you guessed it Monday no phone call and I'm still waiting and as you can imagine having a TV missing for 4 weeks is torcher especially after spending 300 quid on a games console which i can't play on.

Well sorry for the long post but i get to the point could any of the novatech
employees help out, I'm guessing you have a business relationship with them of sorts? and get the matter sorted out if I pm you my details. I hate waiting for stuff especially if it's gone way past the date agreed upon, definitely not happy which repairtechs service.

Many Thanks

Richard
