Hi just joined when I did it had no secure thing in the bottom right of screen. it did not look encrypted. Why is that. I used Firefox to join this forum.

why would forum registration need to be secure anyway?

Signing up to forums is very different to a secure signup to the shop front
we are dealing not in private confidential details associated with Credit Card Transactions and your Address details etc etc

The forums though are very secure - passwords are encrypted within the Database you are safe and secure.
