sony - dvdrw dw-q520a is the writer installed, the problem burning only works at around 2x and regularly i get errors at this speed too....i have tried a variety of disks, but the problem persists.
i am using nero burning software, the latest version.
also more recently when i try and burn a data disk dvd, it shows it has completed successfully, but the disk is blank.
does anyone know how i can sort this problem out?
secondly....the 15.4 inch brite screen is really good, but out of nowhere a circular bloth (2cm heigh and width) has appeared near the top right of the screen. i have tried using a microfibre cloth to remove, but im not having no luck....i don't know where it has come from....im not sure if its a screen problem...
i did take out novatech aftercare service for the lappy, was wondering is any of the above problems included in the service..
