Hi i got my nForcer 4200 just a few days ago I have set up a disk partition so I am running both Windows XP Home (supplied By nova tech) and Ubuntu Linux.

In XP Home in any web browser IE, FireFox anything... when i scroll down a page there is a horrid laggy jump hard to explane but its giving me a headache and it relay annoying.

I also have fire fox on Ubuntu though in ubuntu its fine.

Ive done a search on the net and it seems there are a few people with this problem (not from nova tech) and no one seems to know whats wrong. t dosnt seem to be any browser settings i have insured that i have things like smooth scrolling enabled.

I would be grateful for any help

The only thing I could think of is that maybe its your firewall your using if any or you have a process in the background taking up the cpu

ok I just went on the nvidia and updated the drivers for my GFX card everything is now fine :) i recommend novatech include a disk with the drivers on or tell people to go to the nVidea site as there may be others with this problem it has also increased the number of screen resolutions i can have.

When I had a similar problem a few months back ,Updating the graphics drivers cured it .Your Linux drivers could be more up to date.
