Heatsink help

I have some rather high temperatures in my case as some of you may know but i didnt mind as i was getting a new one. I'm getting a new case soon and i have found out that my mobo is running at about 28 degrees and my processor is running at about 50 degrees :shock: (i might have damaged the heatsink) so i was wondering if anyone would reccomend a good heatsink that isn't too expensive (skt LGA 775)

Its not that hot.
