Suggestion for an improvement to the website:

As I live within a few miles of your store - it would be useful if I could see the local stock level on the search results/category lists, rather than having to click through to each item I'm interested in to find out if there's already one at my local store which I might be able to pick up after work today...

I've sometimes come accross items where the "central" stock is "out of stock" but my local store has one available... which I cannot see from the list screen.

for example on a page like this one:
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/prods/Components/MemoryRAM/

In the listing at the bottom of the page (for example, the "333MHz, 184Pon 1024MB PC2700 DDR RAM" - which has only 1 in stock shown on the list, clicking through to the item reveals that there are 7 in my local store), as well as showing "1 in stock" you add the "7 available in Cardiff" to show the existing local stock for each item.

If you click on "change location", you can pick the store closet to you. Go to any item, on the stock level of the item page, click "Change Location". Stock levels will be the one at your preferred store.

I know this is slightly off topic but is there a reserve and collect option, if not i might be a good idea for those people that live closer to the nova stores

Yeah, but that only shows the stock on the item page - I'm suggesting adding the stock levels it to the "list of items" page too - based on the location you select.

No, it isn't.

Your right. I just put it down to co-incidence that both places had the same stock levels. DOH!
