New Asrock MOBO NOT Powering Up

Hi Im not very technical when it comes to comps but I have put a few together in my day.....

Anyhow I bought an ASrock 775dual-VSTA, and installed it all today, but when i plug it in Im getting not power at all....No spining fans, not anything. I have a 425 watt power suply and nothing fancy connected....What could cause it to not power up? Any Help would BE GREATLY Appreciated

the little wires on the case that come from the front for the LED's and power buttons, are they connected properly??
