First browsed the website and thought that finally I could order the computer with the perfect specs I wanted, at the perfect price. I used the live help and was told that if I ordered it with next working day delivery, I should receive it on wednesday or thursday at the latest.
So I went on to order an Executor 6400 over a week ago now. My first purchase with Novatech.
On tuesday I used the Live chat service to find out what the progress was with it. I was informed that it should be finished on the wednesday and possibly despatched that day, so I should receive it thursday (next working day delivery). I was told that this was only a possibility, if it wasn't despatched wednesday, it would definitely be despatched the day after, and I quote.. "at the latest".
Thursday arrives, no sign of the pc. I log onto the Live chat service. I'm informed that it wasn't despatched on the wednesday and that it should definitely be despatched today. I was asked to pop back onto the live chat service at 4pm to collect the tracking number.
I come on at 4pm.. "Sorry, it seems it wasn't despatched today".
What the **** is going on?
Even worse, if it does finally get despatched on the friday, I wont be receiving it until monday, which will be 5 days after the first date I was told I should have received it.
Very disappointed and frustrated.
