Hi,
Having just had a very poor experience with a laptop purchase from another supplier which I have now returned, and knowing nothing about Novatech,I would be grateful if any customers could post their experiences with regard to:

1. Tech support.

2. Product quality.

3. Customer service.

I would be grateful for any advice.

Regards.
Jim.

been using novatech for years.

1) the very few times i have had problems installing setting up etc they have talked me through it on the phone, making it as easy as possable to understand.

2) so far the only things i have had to return are an mp3 player and a maxtor hard drive, neither are novatech products. both times a phone to get a returns number and then a quick trip to novatech to drop them off. the mp3 player was swapped on the spot. the hard drive had to be sent back to maxtor, but as soon as maxtor gave the go ahead they sent me a new one.

3) cant fault it, it makes a chance to people who know what they are talking about. ive tried pc world plus the local pc shops, novatech is cheaper and despite being busy the staff have allways given advise and helped when needed

just wished more companies were like this.
