I just got a few questions.
I bought a new PSU on the recommendation from another forum (Corsair HX620W) on 30/12/06 from here and i got it delivered on 3/01/07. I installed it in my computer and it just dosent work at all, i connect everything and when I try to turn it on it just wont turn on at all - its turned on at the wall and on the PSU its self. My old power supply works and my computer turns on etc with my old one so i think its not my computer.
I want to know is there a way to get a confirmed fault on the forum or do i have to phone becuase i want a full refund. Nothing agaisnt novatech its just ive seen the same one for cheaper at my local store otherwise i would of just got it replaced.
Also when I look at the returns form where would i find the serial number and also what is the manufacturers fault number?
