Quick General query:
A year or so ago, I remember the Portsmouth branch being open for sales (but not returns-I think) on a Bank Holiday Monday. It was heaving when I went in and took me a while to order and collect what I wanted.
Fast forward to the recent Bank Holiday and I orderedon Fast Track, *then* realised that the nearest branch open was in Reading!
Now that was not a problem for me. I was able to wait a few days until I could get down on Wednesday, but I wonder what the thinking was behind no longer opening on a Bank Holiday. Is it just not commercially viable? I can understand that staff want a Bank Holiday off as well, but I am surprised that only 1 store in 5 (or is it 6 now) was open.
