how can a driver go missing ?
ive lost one of the ones for the internet and need to sort it out again as on wirless atm

Not sure how it can go missing but I don't think you have to have a driver to connect to the internet via cable. I don't.

You may have deleted the LAN drivers. Should be on your mobo driver disc.

Accidental deletion, corrupt file system - perhaps the result of a crash, malware. Sometimes files just seem to get lost for no apparent reason...
