Hii.. I have a few gaming beasts and they are cooled by 80mm/120mm Case Fans and the usual PSU/CPU fans.
To lower the noise in the systems and make the components much more cooler I would like fit a Water Cooling System.
Is there any diagrams or step by step instructions anyone could show me?
All the very best,

The installation really does vary from setup to setup.
The manufacturers website often provide a comprehesive setup guide, here are a couple of examples from Coolermaster here (http://www.coolermaster-europe.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=faq&ftype=&xs=9&serial=113) and Thermaltake here (warning:PDF) (http://thermaltake.com/2005/support/installguide/coolers/a1681Aquarius3.pdf)

okay firstly you have to look at your case and what setups could fit inside it, or you could mount one externally(but they are noisier because there is no case around it to quieten it)
There is a quite good instalation guide for my future water cooling setup on http://www.bjorn3d.com/read_pf.php?cID=681
i can have this one becuase of the size of my case (TJ07)
if in doubt google a review of it
There are a lot of things to consider when jumping into water cooling - primarily the type of system you want - will you go for maximum efficiency, silence or because it looks cool. The sit down net to your case and take a look at its layout, picture where the pump, the rad, the reservoir, everything will go, sketch it out, measure it.
Wait 24 hours and do it again, stare at the pad, draw down every configuration you can think of of places to mount this, that etc. Then order it all.
I went for an aquacomputer system. Not the most efficient, but very quiet (its low flow) slim pipes and it looks great. My system actually ended up with two 120mm rads, one at the top, one at the bottom of case, mounted vertically. Somewhat different :)

Nox,
Thanks for the helpful tips.. The main reason why I want water cooling is because I am going to be building a gaming beast shortly! Spec shown below:
AMD Athlon 64bit X2 3800+ Dual Core
2GB OCZ Dual Ram
ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe Mobo
XFX Geforce NVIDIA 7900GTX 512MB GPU
Hiper 580W PSU
Creative X-FI Sound Card
Win XP Pro
Thermaltake Armour Super Tower - black. (With ready made holes for water cooling)
My systems are usually on 24/7 and I can play games for hours on end !!!! I would like to make sure the system is nice and cool... + water cooling looks the Dogs B*ll*cks

PS: What type of Water cooling would you recommend for that set-up ^^^^
Thanks :!:
nice looking spec, only thing i would change is the choice of mobo or mem, even though they are both superb, and only from a support perspective.
ASUS boards are thoroughly tested with corsair memory, DFI boards are thoroughly tested with OCZ memory. I went for the DFI/OCZ combo, but either are VERY good, and this was pre the SLI32, I would probably choose ASUS/Corsair now. To be honest, you probably won't have any issues at all, but its just how support forums seem to be grouped (ie dfi-street.com has OCZ reps/support guys lurking there, and Corsair is frequented by ASUS) very very minor point! Otherwise great choice.
If you are after gaming, you will be after performance - in which case a completely custom setup will be your best choice. There are some good forums out there with what you are after allready specced up! Its not as easy as a kit though, but not by much.
