Hi

I have placed an order for a new Crucial 128GB SSD and Akasa Mount.

The SSD is now in stock (and allocated) the caddy is still showing as "Due in tomorrow" as it was yesterday.

I could really do with the SSD (at least) tomorrow - do you know if the mounts are due in today (and will my order be shipped)?

Or can you split the order so i get the SSD and the mount come at a later date ?

Actaully the mount is no longer showing at all ! :(

edit My bad they are showing, but still as in stock "tomorrow"!

hello, i have set the order to part ship so the ssd should be dispatched today and with you tomorrow and the hdd mount will be sent when it comes in.

Just to say this beats, hands down, the service I am currently recieving (or not) from another company.

An RMA requested posted over 48 hours ago on their WebNote System is still un answered :(

i have just checked your order and the drive has now been dispatched so it will be with you tomorrow. the hdd kit is still on back order but still shows as due in today, its getting late in the day so it looks like its been delayed.

Hi

The Caddy (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/prods/Components/HardDrives-Internal/2.5inchHardDrive/AK-MX010.html) which is outstanding from the order appears to keep moving its "Due date" - But has shown as the 21st (yesterday) for 2 days - are these in yer, or if not when are they expected ?
