Which courier/s do Novatech use?

Subject mostly says it all, but do you use different couriers for delivery and pick-up for returns?

I'm wondering cos I'm waiting in for a pick-up and I'm hoping that the Amtrak van that slowly went past earlier wasn't trying to find my place and has missed the address :?

UPS delivered the thing in the first place - but I've seen mention of DHL too!

We use DHL and UPS. Pickup won't always be the same company as delivery as we can use either company for these and its the cost of the item being returned that dictates who we use.
