Hi,

I am looking for a program to change the desktop wallpaper.
It will be running on a Windows XP Home 32-Bit PC

Don't think it will run Windows 7 well.
I found the MS Powertoys Wallpaper changer

To be honest, if the specs are in your sig, it should be fine running W7. You will get a good media centre experience with the TV card.

says your using vista in your sig windows 7 will run much better i think

It is on my 2nd PC I wanted it for.
Which is a Celeron 1.8Ghz 768mb ram everything onboard
