I'm looking to place an order tomorrow, I have 50'od posts but can't seem to find the free option, also how are my forum account and novatech account linked? :o any help would be appreciated :)

You need to stick your customer number into the forums under "user CP"

I must be stupid, where abouts in the control panel do we put our customer number?

in CP , go to edit your detail, scroll right down you'll find the box there ! :D

edit: Done mine few mins ago, do I wait for a Novatech person to check it or should it auto appear?

i thik the system auto updates at set intervals but i may be wrong
