Why should i buy from Novatech?

OK it sounds silly, but before i part with my money i want to make sure i'm buying the best!

Before i have bought from the "market" leaders of the time & all is fine until you part with the £££ notes & if something goes wrong people suddenly become deaf!

What makes Novatech that bit special that others are not?
