Hi, I have recently purchased an X55MVPro laptop (with Vista Business 64bit OS preinstalled)and have 2 seemingly unrelated issues with it.
1. The Blue ray drive works fine using WMP11 but when trying to play DVD Movies video is great but sound is very low virtually inaudible.
Is there an issue with Media Player11 and Vista business 64 bit and if so what is resolution.The Sound Level and quality is fine using other applications .
2. Second problem relates to the Touch Pad in that the Left click button doesn't function . It Clicks but irrespective of how it is configured in the driver software it wont work . I can use the double tap as a get around it but have preferred to inhibit the whole touch pad and use a usb Mouse. The Right Button Works fine.
I think its hardware rather than software related.
Fingerprint reader is not being used .
Any suggestions or a returns number?
