Still waiting for Entity Pro!

I placed an order for the entity pro on the 15/09/2009 last tuesday. It said it would take 3-5 working days for it to be in stock, but im still waiting. I would appreciate knowing what is going on with my order. My customer number is 4395007.

Well just after i wrote this my dad got a call from novatech, pc is on test and is ready for collection tommorrow.
