If you need to cancel or amend an order please call customer services on 0871 222 1212 or click the below link to contact them on live chat. Customer services are available Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00.

Customer services can be contacted by email by using the above link however i would not recommend using email to cancel or amend an order, emails are normally dealt with within 8 working hours (1 working day) however at busy times it can take up to 24 working hours, by the time the email is opened the order may have already been dispatched
Please do not PM admins or mods as some people get a lot of PM's and they are not always answered right away or that person may not be in work that day and by the time the PM is read it maybe to late and your order already dispatched.
