How do i apply for novatech online finance? I ticked buy now pay 6 months on checkout and all it says is you have not enterd a valid payment method.

You need to have your card details entered into your account profile.

Nothing is taken from the card when you apply for finance I believe but the checkout system requires that you have a valid credit/debit card on record for it to work.
