Windows disk with new PCs, & a PC configurator?

Hi,

I may make a PC purchase for my neighbour from the Novatech website within the next couple of weeks.

Please let me know if your:

- PC packages with 'pre-installed' OSes come with a full Windows disk, or is it just a 'recovery' disk?

- website has a PC configurator, where one can add/remove components. In other words, customise a PC according to one's needs.

not dead, just the people that work there arent on
i havent seen a configurator on novatech's website
but most of their pc's are pretty well balanced.
