I responded to an email about 2 weeks ago to submit reviews for my recent orders and be entered into a draw. I submitted a bundle of them but nothing seems to have arrived onto the website. Is the process broken or did nothing arrive?

It was via an email. I clicked on the link and was taken to a page that had my purchases listed and blank boxes for me to complete.

I had a quick word with out system guys and purchasing team and apparently we did do such a competition a few months back but not a couple of weeks ago. How odd that you should have had the email with the link on it though.
I did ask if you would have gotten an acknowledgement and was advised that only if you won.

Thank you for checking things out. That does seem odd. It would have been nice to see the reviews make it to the website but I don't think I want to write them all again!
