Wireless card stopped working (Code 10)

I've had intermittent problems with my NOV-125PCI Novatech 125Mbps 802.11g Wireless LAN PCI Card (purchased 28 Dec 2006).

It worked fine for first few weeks but has been flaky lately (1-2 mins to pick up IP addr from router) and now the device driver does not start.

Device Manager (XP SP2) just tells me "the device cannot start (Code 10)".

Is there any diagnostic available to determine if the card is faulty?

did any software come with the device, reinstall??
have you tried unpairing and repairing the 2 devices

Yes, tried deinstall/reinstall several times with no effect.

Not sure what you mean by depair/repair...?
