LCDTV Worries

Hi all,

I bought a 37" LCD TV in October (product code NOV-LCD37D) and it seems to have a couple of faults I'm hoping someone might have an idea about...

Intermittently when the TV comes out of standby there is sound but no picture... I have to turn it of and turn it on again to get it working. Quite worrying really. Any thoughts?

Worse than that (I know this is going to sound strange!) when the unit is completely powered down at the wall socket it refuses to power up at all... Based on the manual the unit has power and is displaying a green LED power indicator, but won't change to red (power and in standby) so the unit can be turned on. A day later (literally 24 hours) it works!

This has happened 3 times now, twice on a flippin Saturday. Thoughts?
